Thank you for shopping at Salaarify.online. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
  • To cancel, contact us at +923103333642 with your order number as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under our Return Policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items (see Section 3).
  • You have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong product/size/color sent), in which case we cover the return process at no cost to you.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and grooming items that have been opened or used (e.g., hair straighteners, head massagers, once used)
  • Earphones/headphones and other audio accessories once the seal/packaging has been opened, unless defective
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance/discount promotion
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair after delivery
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with an order

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Message us on+923103333642 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (with photos if the item is damaged/defective/incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions (including the return address, if approved).
  4. Do not send the item back before receiving confirmation from our team — unapproved returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped), Salaarify.online will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a reverse pickup, and you will not be charged.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa to the details you provide).
  • Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you'd like a different size, color, or product instead, please return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility above) and place a new order.

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment app.
  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider — processing times can vary.
